工作职责:
1. 负责辖区内各省市的梭子鱼网络安全系列产品销售, 制定销售计划并完成公司销售指标;
2. 开发当地渠道资源,签约公司在当地的各级代理商;
3. 负责当地行业大客户业务开拓,与代理商、合作伙伴合作完成这些客户的销售;
4. 销售预测及应收款的管理;
5. 严格执行公司有关销售的各项政策及操作规程;
6. 协助公司市场等其他部门,不断扩大公司产品在当地的市场占有率及品牌知名度. 工作地点:上海
职位要求: 1. 五年以上工作经验, 至少1年销售管理工作经验, 有网络安全公司工作经验优先;
2. 具有很强的业务拓展, 大项目销售及渠道管理经验和能力, 有行业市场开拓和行业销售经验者优先 (电信,金融,能源,烟草,教育,政府等);
3. 热爱销售工作,喜欢迎接挑战, 具有很强的自信心,能承受较大工作压力;
4. 有良好的客户沟通技巧和协调资源能力;
5. 较强的团队协助能力和处理复杂问题的能力;
6. 愿意经常出差,积极主动承担公司分派的工作;
7. 勤奋好学, 上进心强, 诚信正直, 品行端正;
8. 英语良好者优先. Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales in the area, make sales planning and achieve sales target
2. Develop the local channels and partners, and sign the certified partner agreement with local partners 3. Develop the business opportunity with enterprise level companies, and corporate with channels and partners to achieve the sales with enterprise 4. Sales forecast and accounts receivables management
5. Strictly comply with the Company sales policies and procedures
6. Assist with Marketing and other department, and help improve the market share and brand name.

Qualifications: 1. Over 5 years sales experiences, with at least 1 year working experience in sales management. Working experience with web security company is preferred
2. Strong business development capability, large project bidding and sales experience, channel and partner management experience. Enterprise market development and industry sales experience is preferred
3. Have passion on sales, like work challenge, self-confident and work well under pressure
4. Good communication skills and coordinate ability
5. Strong team work ability and problem solving skills
6. Willing to travel frequently and take initiative on the delegated work
7. Eager to learn, positive, honest, integrity and trustworthy
8. Good English language skills are a plus.
