Responsibilities:
-Supports the use of MCAD (ProEngineer, Tolerance) applications in the whole Asia-Pacific zone;
-Prescribes and supports the best practices;
-Analyzes issues, performs needed researches and executes appropriate solutions;
-Recommends effective and continuous-process improvements;
-Helps coordinate and deploys new tools and practices in accordance with design centers;
-Conducts necessary application training (specific and refresh courses as needed);
-Helps the management of project activities between local site and oversea global technical centers (architecture, methods, replications, etc.);
-Helps implement the various releases of applications per EIS global policy;
-Formalizes users' needs and submit them to projects or to Level 3 supports
Requirements:
-Possessing bachelor degree or above in major in Mechanical engineering
-Expertise on MCAD applications as ProEngineer, Tolerance Manager...
-Understanding of user needs in a R&D environment, willingness to learn and share technical knowledge with engineering and design personnel;
-Good knowledge of project management process;
-Ability to successfully manage simultaneous projects;
-Creative problem solving skills and ability of mediating issues with prudent decisions;
-Ability to work efficiently with respect for others as part of a worldwide team;
-Committed to Quality;
-Excellent communications skills, including written and spoken English.
-A candidate with a significant design experience in electromechanical domain will be plus. |
