工作职责:
-向会员提供专业的服务;
-礼貌地解决会员的咨询;
-前台电话转接,为会员提供订课服务。
要求:
1. 大专以上学历;
2. 良好的英文听、说能力;
3. 熟悉使用计算机;
4. 有在会所或酒店工作经历一年以上者优先;
5. 性格外向、活泼、友好、待人热情,良好的口头表达能力;
6. 有责任心,抗压能力强。
Responsibilities
-Provide professional reception manner to customers & guests.
-Welcome and provide assistance to visitors in a courtesy manner in order to direct them to the correct person.
-Serve as the main telephone operator to handle incoming telephone calls.
Requirement
1. Good command of English (Spoken ,written, reading and listening)
2. Able to operate computers, especially MS office applications, well.
3. Minimum of 1 working experience in similar capacity.
4. Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
5. Open mind, optimistic, energetic and good presentation in looking and behavior. Friendly attitude - cheerful and diligent.
6. Responsible and organizing capacity. Logical thinking. Tactful in handling tough situation.
