Responsibilities ：
- Responsible for overall design, development and team coordination on business systems/applications under deadlines.
- Management of development environment, resources, issues, bugs and escalation to proper channels.
- Manage communication of development team.
- Provide status reports to and meet with Microsoft PM or vendor PM to discuss project status. - Communicate standards and defend technology and scoping decisions to information technology management and development teams.
- Provide project leadership for the customer’s software outsourcing projects. This would include project management functions and solutions architecting functions.
- Manage cross-functional ISW project teams, which could consist of developers, QA and PM.
- Design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements, with assistance from our internal engineering group and consulting architects as required.
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire Microsoft product line.
- Manage and drive competing requests across simultaneous client engagements.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to ISW technical and management teams based on customer comments and feedback.
- Help to document best practices in solution delivery for Microsoft as a customer.
- Function as a frontline technical resource for best practice and informal customer questions. - Excellent English and Chinese language skills, in written and oral.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience/training. - 2+ years of experience in development lead role preferred
- 3-5 plus years of work related experience in software implementation.
- Microsoft development experience preferred
- Software design engineer skills plus project management and software engineering process expertise.
- Absolute understanding of Microsoft software development cycle and processes
- Strong understanding of global business/functional areas.
- Ability to manage large, complex development projects including the proactive identification of issues and coordination of resolutions.
- Experience with Microsoft products.
- Ability to write, speak, and present information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team and manage multiple resources in a high- interrupt environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional consulting and client management skills, including program management, organization, presentations, project planning, managing expectations
- Demonstrated ability to work with a remote and virtual team extended across geographical and time zone boundaries
