With 16 years' history since 1991, JuneYao Group is mainly engaged in aviation and marketing service. Real estate and investment are also in its scope of business.

Aviation is the major business of JuneYao Group, which is being operated by its two subsidiaries, the wholly-owned Shanghai JuneYao Airlines Co., Ltd. and the proprietarily-owned Okay Airways Co., Ltd., and thus laid its foundation in Shanghai and Tianjin, corresponding to Asia-pacific aviation hub in Shanghai and Binhai New Area of Tianjin, relying on its experience from aviation and chartered flight business.

Marketing Service is another major business of JuneYao Group. It includes three parts: Retail, Creativity and Food & Beverage.
